As CEO and founder of SinglePoint Inc., Greg leads the company in its mission. He oversees all company operations including investor relations, the leadership of the Board of Directors, and daily business activities. Greg has a successful track record of founding and leading start-up companies. As the founder of PCI, a leading consumer product distribution company, Greg negotiated agreements with the nation’s largest retail outlets such as 7-11 (Southland Corp), Albertson’s, and Costco representing 25,000 retail accounts. Greg lead PCI through a NASDAQ listed IPO, raising $10,000,000. In 2006 Greg started LifeStyle Wireless which he led to the OTC Pink Stock Market changing the name to SinglePoint: ticker symbol SING. Greg is a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Marketing and Communications.

Wil Ralston

President

Wil has a successful track record of building and maintaining great relationships with clients. Recognized as the top representative in his section by Nike, after college graduation Wil chose to continue in sales with SinglePoint where he has on-boarded marquee clients including GolfLogix and MonteFiore Inspired Medicine. Wil graduated cum laude from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Global Agribusiness and a specialization in Professional Golf Management. Wil is currently recognized by the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA) as a Class A Professional.

Don Smith

Mr. Smith has extensive experience in building startup companies that explode within emerging markets, capacities include fundraising, generating strategic alliances, managing mergers and acquisitions, developing sales pipelines, marketing, and overseeing operations. He has spent the past 8 years finely focused on the advancements in organic sustainable food industry and its applications to the cultivation and growth of the legal cannabis business. In that time, he co-invented a "vertical cultivation" device, the invention and successful hydroponics business was sold to Greengro Technologies, Inc., where Smith served in various capacities including Chairman and CEO.

In a long life of business, Mr. Smith is an accomplished visionary, deal maker, and sales professional with 25 years experience in emerging technologies, broadcast television, film, post production, animation hardware and software systems. His extraordinary people skills and ability to understand the psychology of motivating others toward goals while keeping focus on revenue and closing deals are some qualities that make his continually successful decade to decade. Topped off with extensive financial, tax law, and accounting expertise prove invaluable in addressing both tactical and strategic issues of converting deal memos into successful sales of products and services or mergers and acquisitions of entire companies. As a licensed Enrolled Agent, Mr. Smith is recognized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service has built multiple tax firms and prepared over 15,000 returns. This supports his ability to execute from business plan, to funding, growth, and eventual exit.
